Compelled to give back to the community that inspires her, Kitty Wagner shows her gratitude through tunes that get people dancing all along the streets that surround Bougainvillea.
Still in an even greater effort to give back, Ms. Wagner has decided that each quarter a featured non-profit will be the benefactor of that particular rooftop concert.
