Some photos wait for you, some don’t. Like these mushrooms, I passed them near my home off and on for a week or so, meaning to take a photo of them and hoping they wouldn’t fall prey to a lawnmower!
As luck would have it, they weren’t destroyed by a mower, a kid, or a random animal.
They sat there, just waiting.
Then again, what else were they going to do?
As a side note, I took this photo with my new phone, a Droid Razr M. Now, if I actually owned the phone, I would pronounce the point-and-shoot camera market dead. But, it’s company property, so I’ll keep my point-and-shoot on me for those family moments.
