Virginia Marie Jackson, 56, died Aug. 7, at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
Virginia (Jinny) was born in Needham, Mass., in 1957 and moved to Vero Beach in 1966.
She attended the Indian River County School System and Indian River State College.
She was a long-time Walmart employee and a 22 year member of the New Port Club in Vero Beach.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph, of Vero Beach; her mother, Norma O’Connor; sister, Kathy Parker and brother Kevin O’Connor, all of Vero Beach; brother Paul O’Connor, of Wenatchee, Wash.; sister Mary O’Connor, of Canton, Ga.; and brother, John, of Fort Pierce.
She was preceded in death by her father, John O’Connor in 1998.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 15th 2013 between 5 and 7 p.m. at Lowther Funeral Home, 1655 27th Street, Vero Beach, Fl.
