Charles Harold “Chuck” Clark, 49, died July 23, 2013, in Sebastian.
He was born in Rockville Centre, N.Y., and lived in Sebastian for nine years, coming from Pompano Beach.
He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic University.
He was a captain of charter boats. He was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Sebastian.
Survivors include his father, Charles William Clark, of Barefoot Bay; and sisters, Deborah Clark Henry and Helen Clark, both of Sebastian.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen J. Clark.

A prayer service will be at 2 p.m. Aug. 1 at Strunk Funeral Home in Sebastian.
