Lucy Santiago, 77, died July 17, 2013, at Palm Garden of Vero Beach.
She was born in New York City and lived in Vero Beach for 27 years, coming from her birthplace.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include husband of 57 years, Paul Santiago, of Vero Beach; son, David Santiago, of Vero Beach; daughters, Lisa Santana, of Vero Beach, Ruby Miranda, of Fort Pierce and Lucille Martinez, of Vero Beach; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

No services are planned.
