Lawrence Kinnard, 79, died July 16, 2013, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
He was born in Mason County, W.Va., and lived in Sebastian.
He was an Air Force veteran.
He was a retired electrician and a member of IBEW local 24.
He was a member of Shiloh Ranch.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Sallie Kinnard, of Sebastian; daughter, JoAnn Hopkins, of Sebastian; brothers, John Kinniard, of Selbyville, Del., Marvin Kinniard, of Glen Burnie, Md., James Kinniard, of Ocean Pines, M.; and sisters, June Kinniard, of Baltimore and Irma Zochok, of Brooklyn, Md.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shiloh Ranch, 10655 Roseland Road, Sebastian, FL 32958; or Frederick Rescue Mission, 419 W. South St., Frederick, MD 21701. Services will be conducted at a later date.
Arrangements are by Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Sebastian.
