Theodore P. Cushman, 72, died July 7, 2013, at VNA/Hospice House in Vero Beach.
He was born in Taunton, Mass., and lived in Vero Beach for 38 years, coming from his birthplace.
He graduated from Coyle Cassidy Catholic High School in Taunton.
He was a veteran of the Navy, serving on the USS Yellowstone.
He was retired as a chemical technician for John’s Island in Vero Beach.
He was of the Catholic faith.
He was a member of the Vero Beach Moose Lodge 1822.
Survivors include his wife, Carole Cushman; daughter, Robyn Pauley; and mother and stepfather, Joan and William Kennedy, all of Vero Beach; and one grandchild.

A memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. July 12 at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
