VERO BEACH – Last night I attended the Bonefish Grill media preview dinner, and like every time I eat at one of the fine area restaurants, I remembered why I like to eat out and why I am relegated to doing dishes at home.
The food, as you can see, was very visually appetizing. I’ve always heard that you eat with your eyes first, and if that was the case I’d already be full (and I wouldn’t have to exercise after.)
Everything was delicious, but I must say that with a caveat, I’m not a picky or discerning foodie. Then again, that’s why I’m a journalist and not a chef.
