Robert Clifford Baker, 55, died June 19, 2013, at St. Cloud Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Mullins, W.Va., and moved to Florida in 1974.
He lived in Fellsmere for 30 years, coming from Vero Beach.
He was mayor of Fellsmere for 10 years.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Brenda Baker, of Fellsmere; and sons, Joshua Baker and Benjamin Baker, both of Vero Beach.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Annis Baker of Clear Fork, W.Va.
Services will be at a later date.
