VERO BEACH — The Philippine-American Association of the Treasure Coast has generously supported an endowed scholarship fund through the Indian River State College Foundation since 2006.
Members of the association recently presented the IRSC Foundation with an additional $5,000 to be added to the Phil-Am Endowment at IRSC for student scholarships.
