VERO BEACH — Robert Little, 41, walked into Rosie’s Pub, in Vero Beach, and ordered a water and was told he would be charged for the second glass after he requested it, according Vero Beach Police.
This reportedly angered Little to the point where he walked over to a couple and assaulted another customer, striking the victim four times in the head, according to authorities.
The victim stated in the affidavit that he did not know the attacker and the assault was unprovoked. The victim and another witness positively identified Little as the person who attacked them.
Vero Beach Police later caught up with Little after he left the pub.
When police asked him where he was coming from, Little replied, “What am I (expletive) Captain America?”
Little was arrested and is facing charges of battery and disorderly intoxication.
