Jamie Dwayne Baker, 50, died June 5, 2013, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
He was born in Greensburg, Ind., and lived in Vero Beach for 30 years, coming from Indiana.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Roberta and Claude Baker Jr., of Vero Beach; father and stepmother, Charles and Alice Baker, of North Vernon, Ind.; daughters, Danielle and Carrie Lynn Baker, of Indianapolis; and brothers, Jesse, Michael, Claude III, Joey, Robin, Robert and Charles Jr. Baker.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Jerri Velasquez.
