Eric Bracken, 48, died June 2, 2013, at home.
He was born in Troy, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach for 34 years, coming from Hallandale.
He was a graduate of Vero Beach High School.
Survivors include his father, William Bracken; mother, Carmen Bracken; brothers, Christopher, Greg and Noah; sister, Hadley; and maternal grandmother, Mary D’Agostino.
Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA/Hospice Foundation Bereavement Service, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
A celebration of life will be conducted at a later date.
