INDIAN RIVER COUNTY – The Indian River County Department of Emergency Services is watching Invest 91-L as it could possibly strengthen into a tropical depression or tropical storm.
Heavy rain up to 10 inches is expected this week across South Florida, according to Emergency Services.
The National Hurricane Center 8 a.m. Monday forecasts a low pressure center to form in the next 24 hours.
The center realizes that “these areas may not develop but bear watching.”
