Kevin J. Solon Jr., 76, died May 23, 2013, in Vero Beach.
He was born in Toledo, Ohio, and lived in Port St. Lucie for more than 25 years.
He served in the Army.
He graduated from Notre Dame.
He was an active member of St. Lucie Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie.
Before retirement, he worked for ReMax 100 Riverside Realty in Port St. Lucie.
Survivors include his sons, Kevin J. Solon III, of Pickerington, Ohio, and Smith R. Solon, of Vero Beach; sister, Mary Solon, of Lafayette, Calif.; brother, Robert Solon, of Toledo, Ohio; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Celia Christian of Chicago.
