Patricia “Pat” Kise, 85, Vero Beach

Patricia “Pat” Kise, 85, died May 12, 2013, at the VNA/Hospice House in Vero Beach.

She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach for 20 years, coming from Miami.

She attended Holy Cross Catholic Church. She was a graduate of City College, N.Y.

She worked for Joseph G. Moretti Construction Co. as an office manager in Miami.

She worked for a dress shop as an alterationist and worked at a church as a part-time office manager.

She retired from Eastern Airlines as a reservationist after 12 years of service.

She volunteered at the Vero Beach Public Library and a tax preparer for the AARP.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Frederick P. Kise, of Vero Beach; sons, Christopher Michael Kise and Rick Kise, both of Tallahassee; sisters, Marie Ingenito, of Orlando, Helen Donagle, of West Palm Beach and Julie Pellilo, of Houston; brother, Sonny Perillo, of Longwood; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Camille Ryan; and brothers, Joseph Perillo, Gigi Perillo and Augie Perillo.

Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer and Parkinson Association of Indian River County, 2300 Fifth Ave. Suite 150, Vero Beach, FL 32960.

Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. May 18 at Strunk Funeral Home in Vero Beach.

A prayer service will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

A reception for family and friends will follow at The Vero Beach Hotel and Spa.
