George H. Elsbree, 97, died May 1, 2013, at Palm Gardens in Vero Beach.
He was born in Erieville, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach, coming from East Syracuse, N.Y.
He retired as a machine operator from Carrier after 30 years.
He was a former member of the First United Church of East Syracuse and the Keener’s Club.
Survivors include wife, Roseann Bronner, of Vero Beach; sons, George D. Elsbree, of Baldwinsville, N.Y., and Roger R. Williams, of Apalachin, N.Y.; daughter, Sally E. Russell, of Vero Beach; stepsons, William Bronner, of Baldwinsville, Richard Bronner, of Clay, N.Y., and Thomas Bronner, of Brewerton, N.Y.; stepdaughters, Donna Kreischer and Kathleen Sherlock, both of Cicero, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded by his first wife, Hilda, in 1986; brother, Truman; and sisters, Doris, Lena and Alma.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon May 28 at Delaney-Greabell-Adydan Funeral Home in East Syracuse followed by a funeral services at noon.
Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens in DeWitt.
