Mary Poole, 76, died May 4, 2013, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
She was born in Belle Glade and lived in Vero Beach for 46 years, coming from her birth place.
She worked for the F.W. Woolworth Co. in Vero Beach for more than 20 years.
After her retirement from Woolworth, she went on to work for Perkins Medical Supply, also in Vero Beach.
She was a graduate of Belle Glade High School.
Survivors include her sons, Clay Poole, John C. Poole and Mark Poole, all of Vero Beach; daughter, Kim Poole-Hooker of Sebastian; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Travis Poole.

A memorial service will be at 5 p.m. May 8 at Strunk Funeral Home in Vero Beach.
