VERO BEACH — Vero Beach Councilman Dick Winger announced Tuesday morning that he intends to run for reelection. Two seats, those currently occupied by Winger and Tracy Carroll, are up for grabs in November.
Winger said in a prepared statement that as the city prepares to exit the electrical business, it is imperative that the city have leaders who can make good financial decisions.
“Because I can assist materially in those decisions, I am pleased to announce my candidacy for reelection in November for Vero Beach City Council,” Winger wrote.
