INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — One person is dead and one other is in critical condition following a collision on Oslo Road near 12th Avenue in Indian River County Tuesday evening.
Emergency crews are on scene. Oslo Road is closed to traffic as the investigation continues.
According to Fire Rescue spokesman Brian Burkeen, the crash involved a single vehicle that rolled over and struck a power pole.
The person who was injured in the crash was airlifted to an area trauma center. That person is listed in critical condition, according to Burkeen.
The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. A crew from Florida Power and Light is also on scene, assessing the damage to the power pole.
Authorities have not released details on the identities of the two people involved in the collision.
