Leva “Lee” Nielsen, 91, died April 18, 2013, in Wheaton, Ill.
She was born in Harstad, Norway, and lived in Vero Beach for 40 years, coming from Glen Ellyn, Ill.
Survivors include her son, Paul Nielsen, of Glen Ellyn; daughters, Beverly Tanner, of Vero Beach, Muriel Turley, of Glen Ellyn and Lois Nielsen, of Healdsburg, Calif.; sister, Elsa Thauland, of Sun City, Ariz.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Robert Nielsen; and infant daughter, Barbara Nielsen.
A private family memorial service will be at a later date.
