Patricia Hazard Powers Frech, 87, died April 24, 2013, at her home.
She was born in Long Branch, N.J., and lived in Vero Beach for two years, coming from New York City.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Vero Beach.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda Taft, of Greensboro, N.C., Helen Kippax, of Larchmont, N.Y., and Tica Young, of Vero Beach; sister, Margarete Ambrosius, of Vero Beach; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hans A. Frech.
Private services will be conducted in New York.
