Norbert Franklin “Mike” Osborn Jr., 67, died April 19, 2013, at his home.
He was born in Washington, D.C., and lived in Sebastian for five years coming from Alexandria, Va.
Before retiring, he worked for FEMA with the U.S. government.
He was of Catholic faith.
Survivors include his sons, Michael Osborn, of Hughesville, Md., and John Osborn, of Alexandria, Va.; stepson, Ryan Garlick, of Alexandria; and sister, Jan Bise, of Waldorf, Md.
Memorial services will be scheduled at later date.
Arrangements are by Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Sebastian.
