Ann C. Verdi, 102, died March 21, 2013, at the Episcopal Church Home in Louisville, Ky.
She moved to Farmingdale, N.Y., in 1944 and to Vero Beach in 1972.
She was a seamstress, specializing in wedding gowns in New York City.
She continued her career as a dressmaker until she retired.
She was an honorary life member of St. Helen’s Woman’s Club and the Homemakers Club in Vero Beach.
Survivors include her son, Richard J. Verdi, of Bethel, Conn.; six grandsons; and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Verdi; and son, Dr. Gerald D. Verdi, of Louisville.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. April 26 at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce.
