Marie M. Leeyoung, 76, died April 7, 2013, at her home.
She was born in Jamaica and became a citizen of the United States in the 1970s.
She was a winter resident of Vero Beach since 1998, coming from Jamaica and Mississauga, Canada.
She was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Heino Vesik, of Vero Beach and Mississauga; three sisters; a brother; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. April 18 at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home, Vero Beach.
