James E. Jay, 61, died April 9, 2013, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
He was born in Clearfield, Pa., and lived in Vero Beach for the past year.
He was a computer programmer for Cisco in Lawrenceville, Ga., for 30 years.
He was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include his mother, Mary Lou Jay, of Vero Beach; and sister, Joan Jay, of Lawrenceville.
