VERO BEACH — Due to the weather the UMEL Director has canceled the TC Birding mini Festival and Art Show. The Director felt that even tomorrow the dampness would be too much. The Cultural Council nor the Audubon Society canceled, according to Debbie Avery, of the Cultural Council of Indian River County.
