Robert Durden Hall, 79, died April 3, 2013, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
He was born in Miami and moved to Vero Beach 25 years ago, coming from Miami.
He was an alumnus of Miami High School. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
He was the owner of Rob-El Construction Corp. of Miami, where he worked in underground construction for 30 years before retirement.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Elinor Hall; daughters, Teresa, Sak of Vero Beach and Christine Sotolongo, of Miami; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. April 5 at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home, Vero Beach, with a funeral at 2 p.m.
Burial will follow in Crestlawn Cemetery, Vero Beach.
