Richard Parks, 60, died March 24, 2013, at the Consulate Health Care Center in Vero Beach.
He was born in Pittsburgh and lived in Vero Beach for 10 years, coming from Miami.
Survivors include his mother, Esther L. Parks of Vero Beach; sister, Mary Beth Lucas of Vero Beach; and brother, David Parks of Davie.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bernard J. Parks; and brother, Bernard F. Parks.

A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. March 28 at the Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Vero Beach.
Burial will take place March 28 at Woodlawn Cemetery South in Miami.
