INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Source, a local Christian outreach ministry for the homeless and needy, has opened its cold weather shelter tonight.
The shelter is located at The Source, 1015 Commerce Avenue, Vero Beach and will be open to offer shelter from the cold weather.
Breakfast will be served Wednesday morning, after which the facility will close and regular hours will be observed.
