Carol C. Holmes, 82, died March 23, 2013, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
She was born in Medford, Mass., and moved to Sebastian in 1990 from Illinois.
She was a member of St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church and was a member of its Altar Guild.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, George B. Holmes, of Sebastian; son, Bruce Holmes, of Glendale, Wis.; daughters, Nancy Holmes, of Sebastian, and Natalie Reno, of Williams Bay, Wis.; and four grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. March 26 at Strunk Funeral Home, Sebastian, followed by the funeral at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Dave Newhart officiating.
Interment will be in Sebastian Cemetery, Sebastian.
