Rosemary L. Neff, 79, died March 22, 2013.
She was born in Philadelphia and lived in Vero Beach since 1986, coming from Tuckerton, N.J.
She was of the Catholic faith and attended St. John of the Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
She was a member of the Red Hat Society. Survivors include her cousin, Joan Chatham of Vero Beach.
Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA Hospice, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
None are planned at this time.
