Frank Spinelli, 78, died March 18, 2013, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and was a resident of Sebastian for 10 years, coming from New York.
He served in the Navy.
He was a member of International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trade (IBPAT).
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Thelma H. Spinelli, of Sebastian; children, Vincent, Phyllis, Rita, Vicky, Ted, Frank, and Amy; stepson, Jonathan; sister, Gloria; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Marie.
