Wilf “Larry” Lawrence Wood Jr., 60, died March 2, 2013, at home.
He was born in Rockville Centre, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach for 10 years, coming from Thornton, N.H.
He served in the Coast Guard as an engineer.
He work for Pratt & Whitney for 15 years in Middletown, Conn.
He left the workforce and became a poultry farmer in Thornton, N.H.
Survivors include his mother, Gloria Grimes Wood; sister, Marcia Wood-Reitz, of Fort Wayne, Ind.; and brother, Anthony James Wood, of Cromwell, Conn.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wilf Lawrence Wood Sr.
