Paul R. Richards, 100, died March 17, 2013, at the VNA/Hospice House of Vero Beach.
He was born in Pittston, Pa., and lived in Vero Beach for 33 years, coming from Silver Spring, Md.
He retired in 1979 from the Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., as a communications officer.
He was a former member of Dodger Pines Golf Club and a 50-year member of the Masons in Maryland.
He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife of 74 years, Catherine Samuel Richards; son, Keith Richards, of Fort Lauderdale; daughter, Bonnie McIntyre, of LaPlume, Pa.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the NHC, 946 16th Place, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
Interment will take place at a later date in Forty Fort, Pa.
