Mercedes Manning, 99, died March 13, 2013, at Palm Garden of Vero Beach.
She was born in East St. Louis, Ill., and lived in Vero Beach for 12 years, coming from Lake Worth.
She was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness Sebastian Congregation.
Survivors include her sons, Robert Webb, of Vero Beach and Allen Webb, of Palm Coast; daughters, Sally Norton, of Wentzville, Mo., Patti Socher, of Titusville and Gloria Mooney, of Palm Springs; 16 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. March 23 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Sebastian.
