Harry I. Lawry, 96, died March 9, 2013, at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce.
He was born in Eveleth, Minn., and moved to Vero Beach in 1980, coming from Fort Wayne, Ind.
Before retirement, he owned Power Tool Supply and Repair in Fort Wayne; before that he worked for Ryerson Steel in Chicago and also on the Pennsylvania Railroad.
He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Vero Beach and Plymouth Congregational Church in Fort Wayne.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and a Shriner, both in Fort Wayne.
Survivors include his daughters, Janet Crump, of Costa Rica and Susan Kaylor, of Peyton, Colo.; son, Merton Lawry, of Orlando; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, June F. Lawry, in 2008.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. March 14 at First Presbyterian Church in Vero Beach.
