SEBASTIAN — Ralph Brown, Project Engineer for the St. Johns River WMD, will be the speaker at the March meeting of the Friends of St. Sebastian River.
Mr. Brown will provide an update on two stormwater management projects the district is building to improve water quality in the St. Sebastian River.
The largest, the Fellsmere Water Management Area, is nearing completion, and the second, Wheeler Grove Stormwater Park in Micco, is a newer project in development.
The meeting will be Tuesday, March 26, at 7:30 p.m. at the North Indian River County Library, 1001 Sebastian Blvd. in Sebastian.
