Clarice Kay “Bitsy” Godshall, 78, died March 3, 2013, at her home.
She was born in Bowmanstown, Pa., and lived in Vero Beach for five years, coming from York, Pa.
She graduated from business school in Chicago. She was a member of the Daughters of the Union Veterans Civil War, a Boy Scouts pack leader, Girl Scouts of America leader and foster mother to seven teenage girls.
Survivors include her sisters, Ethel L. Powers of Schenectady, N.Y., and Jasmine Joest of Beach Haven, N.J.; daughter, Laura B. Tassone of Red Lion, Pa.; son, David F. Godshall of Vero Beach; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Horace and Donald.
