SEBASTIAN – The Sebastian Police Department is searching for a man who, they say, robbed the PNC Bank on Sebastian Boulevard Tuesday afternoon. The man was seen wearing a pink lacy sweater, pink fuzzy slippers and a purse.
The suspect entered the bank at 3:20 p.m. and showed the teller a black handgun. No one was injured in the robbery.
The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20s, standing between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall with a slim build. He has patchy facial hair with a small mustache and goatee.
He was seen wearing a long-sleeved white shirt with a pink lacy sweater, pink fuzzy slippers, black pants, a dark skull cap, and carrying a black and pink purse.
After the robbery, he was seen leaving on foot, jumping a fence to the east of the property. There is no known vehicle description.
