Debbie (Carter) Morris, 56, died March 2, 2013, in the Vero Beach.
She was born in Kentville, Nova Scotia, Canada, and lived in Vero Beach for 15 years.
Survivors include her husband, Robert; parents-in-law, Edwina and AC Morris; sister, Wanda and Laura; and brother, Gary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and William Cotter; and sister, Patricia Ann.
A celebration of life will be at 7 p.m. March 7 at the Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Vero Beach with Steve Morris officiating.
