Mary W. Hughes, 60, died Feb. 7, 2013, at the VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.
She was born in Philadelphia and lived in Vero Beach since 2011.
She worked for many years as an administrator of a nonprofit blind association in Philadelphia.
She was a member of Morning Star Church of Vero Beach and Women’s Refuge Group.
Survivors include her son, Christopher Lundy, of Port St. Lucie; brothers, James Hughes, of Hatfield, Pa., and Bill Hughes, of Philadelphia; and one grandson.
Memorial contributions may be made to Morning Star Church, 698 Timber Ridge Trail S.W., Vero Beach, FL 32960; or VNA Hospice House, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960-4801.
Private services will be at a later date.
