James Francis Frazer, 92, died Feb. 7, 2013, at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.
He was born in Assonet, Mass., and lived in Vero Beach for 25 years, coming from West Hartford, Conn.
He worked as the executive vice president for Holo Krome Companies.
He also was a director on many boards.
He served in the Army during World War II.
He graduated from Bentley University, Waltham, Mass., with a bachelor of arts in business.
He attended Holy Cross Catholic Church, Vero Beach.
Survivors include his daughter, Nancy Medeiros of Burnsville, Minn.; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Frazier; daughter, Helen J. Frazier; and sister, Leona O’Connell.

A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Feb. 15 at the Holy Cross Catholic Church, Vero Beach.
