Quinton D. Martin, 12, died Feb. 1, 2013, at his home.
He was born in Fort Pierce and lived in Vero Beach.
He was a sixth-grade student at Oslo Middle School.
He was a member of the National Honor Society at Highlands Elementary School.
He attended the Miracle Crusade of Fort Pierce.
Survivors include his parents, Autumn and Gregory Martin, of Vero Beach; brother, Gregory Schellman, of Vero Beach; maternal grandmother, Cindy Absher, of Port St. Lucie; maternal grandparents, Lou and Darlene Hite, of Lincolnton, Ga.; paternal grandparents, Sharon Johnson Walcott and Charles Walcott, of Fort Pierce; and paternal grandfather, Gregory Hamilton, of Albany, Ga.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Feb. 9 at Faith United Fellowship, Vero Beach.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church.
Interment will follow in Crestlawn Cemetery.
