Lois Lorraine Williams, 81, died Feb. 4, 2013, at her home.
She was born in Evansville, Ind., and lived in Vero Beach for 52 years, coming from Coral Gables.
She was a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, Ind., where she earned a bachelor’s degree and was a member of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority.
She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Vero Beach.
She was a member of the Vero Beach Country Club and Riomar Bay Yacht Club.
She was a member and past president of the Indian River Medical Center Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include her sons, Michael H. Williams, of Belleville, Ill., and David R. Williams, of Midlothian, Va.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital , 5011 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Feb. 7 at Strunk Funeral Home Vero Beach.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Feb. 10 at Cook Funeral Chapel Grayville, Ill., followed by interment in Oak Grove Cemetery in Grayville.
