Donald Eugene Foulke, 90, died Jan. 23, 2013, in Vero Beach.
He was born in Cicero, Ind., lived in Carmel, Ind., and wintered in Vero Beach for 25 years.
He was a retired Hamilton County, Ind., judge.
He served his with the Navy and was a World War II and Korean War veteran.
He completed his pre-law studies at Butler University and was a 1954 graduate of Indiana University Law School.
Survivors include his wife, Rosanne Foulke; son, Donald Foulke Jr.; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by brother, Doyle Foulke.
Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Jan. 27 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, Noblesville, Ind., with services at 10 a.m. Jan. 28 at the funeral home with Pastor Robert Stubbs officiating.
Burial will be in Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery in Westfield, Ind.
