Rosemary O’Bryan, 82, died Jan. 19, 2013, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
She was born in Herkimer, N.Y., and moved to Vero Beach from her birthplace.
Before retirement, she was the administrator of St. Francis Manor in Vero Beach; after retiring from that position, she served the manor for more than 30 years as an active board member and volunteer.
Previously she worked for the New York Telephone/Bell Phone Co. for 34 years.
She was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church, Vero Beach, and Telephone Pioneers and held the position of commodore of the Otsego Lake Boating Association.
She graduated from Herkimer High School in New York in 1949.
Survivors include her brother, Elmer Smith, of Herkimer; daughters, Holly and Erin, both of Pittsburgh; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray “Bib” O’Bryan.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Feb. 1 at St. Helen Catholic Church, with a reception to follow at St. Francis Manor.
Another memorial will be held in Herkimer in the spring. Arrangements are by All County Funeral Home Treasure Coast Chapel.
