Riverside Park features Gardenfest! Feb. 2-3

VERO BEACH — Gardenfest! 2013 Nature’s Finest Marketplace is a celebrated Vero Beach perennial. Year after year, Gardenfest! returns to visit Riverside Park offering gardeners from all over the Treasure Coast a wider variety of plants, planters, pottery, fountains, furniture, lighting, statuary, and other garden accessories than the year before.

Simply said, Gardenfest! 2013 will bloom fuller, brighter, and bigger.

Gardenfest! will be held Feb. 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Feb. 3 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Riverside Park in Vero Beach.

It’s free and open to all ages.

This perennial favorite earned its reputation and popularity as a high-quality exhibition with, now, an abundance of over 80 vendors. Thousands upon thousands of gardening enthusiasts believe Gardenfest! is their weekend resource and a garden shopper’s mecca.

Near and far, fans of the horticulture arena visit Gardenfest! for the interesting Ask the Expert question and answer sessions with experts Dennis Gretton, Robert Bowden, Shari Blissett-Clark, Dennis Cathcart, Paul Price, Kevin Songer, and Greg Vafiades.

They’re drawn to the array of horticultural needs and accessories that help create their perfect garden. Even the not-so-interested come to browse, dine, or snack at the outdoor food court or participate in the youth activities in the beautiful, oak-canopied Riverside Park.

Whatever the reason, every year they come in droves to enjoy the perennial creation which is Nature’s Finest Marketplace, Gardenfest! It’s an event that will educate, facilitate, and fascinate as it blooms fuller, brighter, and bigger.
