Norma A. Vreeland Seckinger Tilley, 91, died Jan. 21, 2013, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
She was born in Littleton, Mass. and has lived in Vero Beach since 1979, coming from South Yarmouth, Mass.
She attended St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Jane Vreeland, of Vero Beach; sister, Shirley Reid, of Chicopee, Mass., six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Harry Vreeland, Albert Seckinger and Lt. Col. (Ret) Douglas Tilley; son, William Vreeland; brothers Norman LaFountain and Wallace LaFountain; and sisters, Lillian Meunier and Phyllis Lindwall.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cadmus-Vreeland Nursing scholarship at the Englewood Hospital and Medical Center Foundation, 350 Engle St., Englewood, NJ 07631.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at noon Jan. 23 at St. Helen Catholic Church, Vero Beach.
Interment will be in Crestlawn Cemetery, Vero Beach.
