Karl Ronald Osborne, 84, died Jan. 8, 2013, at his home.
He was born in Avon, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach for 57 years, coming from Charlotte, N.C.
He was a graduate of the University of North Carolina.
He worked as a South Atlantic representative for Saltwater Sportsman Magazine, Boston, and as a sports reporter for the Vero Beach Press Journal.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Ann Osborne of Vero Beach; daughter, Natalie Robyn Czupka of York Town, Va.; and two grandchildren.
